Looking Forward, Looking Back (Day 1/366)

·

,

All thanks to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ for seeing the end of 2023. In him alone be all the glory forever and ever. 2023, probably hands down the best year of my life. Even though I was not always faithful to my Saviour. He chastened me and had always remained faithful to his ways. What a God we serve. Looking back at 2023, I accomplished a lot, won a lot and lost some. My grandfather was called into the bosom of his Saviour. The man that got me my first Bible and planted the seed of God in me as a child. What sadness to feel knowing that he is no longer here to see 2024. But, what is that sadness compared to the joy that feels my soul to know he is in his Saviour bosom. What can we exchange for an eternity with our Saviour? Not even all the money of this world if it never ended. In 2023, I had also come across a lot of Christians striving to please God daily. What a joy to see that too. I also became a Registered Nurse, all glory to my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. He lined up a job for me as well, even before I sat my final exams. What a blessing to be on God’s side.

Looking forward, I want to continue to please God and become more of Christ. What a Joy to know that I am saved. I am looking forward daily to spread the Gospel until I no longer can. I look forward to resting in my Saviour’s Haven one day too.

God bless everyone. Please, strive to please God no matter your situation. God bless you once again. The Grace of the Lord abide with you in peace. Amen. KEEP THE FAITH STRONG!!!!!!!
