Verse(s) of the day: 2 John 1:7-11: “7For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist. 8Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward. 9Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. 10If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed: 11For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.
Hello, how are you doing? hopefully, you are doing well, keep holding onto your belief in Christ and do not focus too much on the things of this world that serve as an obstacle between you and Christ. Let’s keep marching on in Christ Jesus. Where can I start this blog from? I don’t know but I know we will eventually get there. This blog is about false Christians, who claim to love Christ and they tend to be caught doing everything opposite what Christians should be doing. I am probably talking about myself as well. I won’t stay here and act like I am all clean, I do need to be prayed for as well, as much as I want to be as close to God as I want to be, I do find it difficult sometimes. Sometimes I do feel left out by people around me, no one really wants anything to do with the Christian guy. Well, the Bible did let us know about all these things, it’s like I do forget sometimes for some reason. Keep praying for me. God is forever good as well, I just want to be as close to God as he wants me to be.
Enough about me now, back to the purpose of the blog. I know that I keep saying that I have seen a lot, but I have seen a lot. These people claim to be Christians but have nothing to prove it or nothing to offer, they just say they are Christians, for the sake of professing it. Weird enough, some people nowadays think it’s cool to be a Christian, they get some form of credibility from their friends from that. They turn up to Church with the best clothes, they engage more with church-related activities, they honour people around them in church, constantly working to be noticed and praised by people around them. They are sometimes the ones with the best talents. You probably didn’t catch this, all these things are for sure identified by people, but is it by God? You will probably argue yes. How can it be when God wasn’t at the start of their false salvation. From the beginning, these people never recognise God as the author of their salvation. I say “GOD”, not your generic god, the one your favourite Hollywood role model, who dresses like a harlot calls upon. They will rather base the author of their salvation on their experience, music, emotions, and feelings. You see them talking weird talks like, “I just know about what I experienced”. Am sorry, but the Christian salvation experience can only be one, which is an experience based on the fact that Jesus Christ has taken over our lives as our Lord and Personal Saviour, and not only that but we also begin to experience Good Christ-based changes in our lives.
Although these people claim to have had some type of experience, a truly born-again Christian will know that these experiences are not from God. Why? because these false converts begin to break their characters as time goes on, and when this happens, you will begin to find them doing exactly what they claim to have been freed from by Jesus Christ, without no conviction in regard to their actions. They believe they are saved enough to continue engaging in their perpetual sins. SAD!!!!!!
Romans 2:22-24: 22Thou that sayest a man should not commit adultery, dost thou commit adultery? thou that abhorrest idols, dost thou commit sacrilege? 23Thou that makest thy boast of the law, through breaking the law dishonourest thou God? 24For the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles through you, as it is written.
As sad as these things are, there are a lot of people, not Christians out there who are exactly what I have stated in this blog. The Holy Spirit convicts Christians, who recognise what they are doing wrong, sadden within themselves and repent to get back to God. I will admit this as well, I do need prayers as well. Continue to pray for me and continue to pray for such people to truly find God.
Thanks for reading and KEEP THE FAITH STRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
