Christ’s Burden Is Light

Hello,

Verse(s) of the day: 1 John 4:1-6:

1Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. 2Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: 3And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. 4Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. 5They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them. 6We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

How are you doing? I hope you are doing well in Christ, In regards to my previous blog, remember to keep praying for me and that I continue to grow in Christ and keep praying for those people out there that claim to be Christians but are not. Once again, thanks a lot and God bless.

I have wanted to write on this topic for a while now, I have found out how really faithful God’s mercy and grace is over we humans. 1 John 1:8-10 8If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.4

As Christians, we do sin sometimes, but the Holy Spirit in us makes us realise that we are sinning, which makes us repent. But, this doesn’t create room for sinning on a regular basis and claiming to repent. Some people including my old self, plan singing first and plan out repentance as well. That is not Christian life, that is not Christ working in us, that is a false spirit.

Hebrews 10:26-27: 26For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, 27But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.

But when we Christians sin, the devil sometimes you feel like you are empty now, you failed God, and God doesn’t want anything to do with you now. But truth be told, things are not like that. Christians are not perfect, but this does not create room for us to sin. If anyone says I do not sin, that person is a liar.

1 John 1:8-10: 8If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

For we Christians, when we sin, it is normal to feel horrible, because we have gone against God’s will for our lives.

2 Peter 3:9: 9The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Proverbs 28:13: 13He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.

Isaiah 43:25: 25I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins.

1 John 2:1: 1My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sins, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:

Hey humans, the world’s burden is heavy, but Christ’s is light.

Matthew 11:28-30:

28Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Not Everything that Claims to be of God is of God.

Verse(s) of the day: Proverbs 5:1-13:

1My son, attend unto my wisdom, and bow thine ear to my understanding:

2That thou mayest regard discretion, and that thy lips may keep knowledge.

3For the lips of a strange woman drop as an honeycomb, and her mouth is smoother than oil:

4But her end is bitter as wormwood, sharp as a twoedged sword.

5Her feet go down to death; her steps take hold on hell.

6Lest thou shouldest ponder the path of life, her ways are moveable, that thou canst not know them.

7Hear me now therefore, O ye children, and depart not from the words of my mouth.

8Remove thy way far from her, and come not nigh the door of her house:

9Lest thou give thine honour unto others, and thy years unto the cruel:

10Lest strangers be filled with thy wealth; and thy labours be in the house of a stranger;

11And thou mourn at the last, when thy flesh and thy body are consumed,

12And say, How have I hated instruction, and my heart despised reproof;

13And have not obeyed the voice of my teachers, nor inclined mine ear to them that instructed me!

Where have I been? What have I been doing? I have been doing schoolwork. Being in the final year of my university degree, everything is all coming thick and fast. But keep praying for me to grow and continue to trust in Christ our Saviour. I had the plan to post daily, but the school train had hit me hard. Not a good excuse at all, but I just thought I should let you know. All I need from you are prayers. Thanks in advance. God bless you.

Back to the title of today’s blog, I had seen and come across a lot of people who claim to be Christians, but by their fruits, you can see yourself. Listen, I have been there, I claimed to be a Christian my whole life since I was born into a so-called Christian family and had always gone to church my whole life. Talk about some who claims to be a Christian, I was that person. How can I claim to be a Christian for 18 years of my life, I attended all the church programmes, I won the Bible quiz, I sang in the choir, I acted in the drama, but I was not born again at all. And it’s sad to see that I try to tell some people out there who are just like I was, but they still try to justify their views. Listen, not everything that claims to be of God is of God.

I recently downloaded this so-called Christian dating app, rated number one out there. I decided to jump on it, being stupid as I was. When signing up, the first red flag for me was when the app used the pronoun they for one person. Pronouns is for another blog post. With that being said, I signed up, logged in, and paid for the app, just for me to find out that it is not a Christian dating app at all, the first profile I saw was a lady who claims to be a pole dancer, the second was a lady who just wanted to give out sex. What a life, I thought to myself, what a bunch of trash on that app. I was saddened within myself and continued to blame myself for falling off my guard. Some so-called young Christians will call me an old-school Christian, even though I am 20 years old and just following the fundamentals of the Bible, like everyone should do.

How did I fall for this app in the first place?

A little lapse and I was into that dark hole. All I saw was the title “Number One Christian Dating App” Christian is a word thrown on everything now, Christian is cool for some people, and Christian is hippy for some as well. Christian musics are trash nowadays, full of sensuality, and men dress up to be like some feminist weirdos. Sounding like high school girls, repeating words to get everyone in this weird emotional frenzy, makes it easier for them to manipulate people. I have been there, not a born-again Christian, but cries when listening to this modern new age garbage of music.

Christian means Christ-like.

Christ is not sensual, Christ is not hippy, Christ is not cool like the world. Christ is the son of God, the One who will send you to hell with no remorse if you regret Him. With that being said, give your life to Christ, and accept him as your Lord and personal Saviour. Fake Christians repent, and give your life to Christ. Not everything that claims to be of God is of God.

Let me leave you with this: Matthew 7:21-23: 21Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Remember Your Creator in Your Youth.

1 Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them; 2 While the sun, or the light, or the moon, or the stars, be not darkened, nor the clouds return after the rain: 3 In the day when the keepers of the house shall tremble, and the strong men shall bow themselves, and the grinders cease because they are few, and those that look out of the windows be darkened, 4 And the doors shall be shut in the streets, when the sound of the grinding is low, and he shall rise up at the voice of the bird, and all the daughters of musick shall be brought low; 5 Also when they shall be afraid of that which is high, and fears shall be in the way, and the almond tree shall flourish, and the grasshopper shall be a burden, and desire shall fail: because man goeth to his long home, and the mourners go about the streets: 6 Or ever the silver cord be loosed, or the golden bowl be broken, or the pitcher be broken at the fountain, or the wheel broken at the cistern. 7 Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it. 8 Vanity of vanities, saith the preacher; all is vanity.

TIME

Time, what we have enough of, but still never enough

Time, what we are always conscious of, but still unconscious with

Time, what we live our lives by, but still goes on without us

Time, what we want to cherish a lot, but lost our zeal to

Time, what ticks every day, but not loud enough for us to dance to its beat

Time, I know I have enough of you, but I became too busy for you

Time, I wish I was conscious of how I spend you, but the responsibilities of life made me unconscious of your value

Time, I know if I die now, you will live on without me

Time, I wish I have more to offer, but I am too busy spending you on things that I sadly know don’t matter

Time, you are slowly ticking away, but I can’t afford to live life slowly to dance along with you

Time, wait, I heard you don’t work within your own rules

Time, please hear my plead, pay close attention to me crying, I need more of you.

Time, will you give me more of you? or you don’t have enough as well?

We can plan and plan and plan, but still not plan enough.

James 4: 13-17

13Go to now, ye that say, To day or to morrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain: 14Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away. 15For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that. 16But now ye rejoice in your boastings: all such rejoicing is evil. 17Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.

By their fruit you shall know them

Verse(s) of the day: 2 John 1:7-11: “7For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist. 8Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward. 9Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. 10If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed: 11For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.

Hello, how are you doing? hopefully, you are doing well, keep holding onto your belief in Christ and do not focus too much on the things of this world that serve as an obstacle between you and Christ. Let’s keep marching on in Christ Jesus. Where can I start this blog from? I don’t know but I know we will eventually get there. This blog is about false Christians, who claim to love Christ and they tend to be caught doing everything opposite what Christians should be doing. I am probably talking about myself as well. I won’t stay here and act like I am all clean, I do need to be prayed for as well, as much as I want to be as close to God as I want to be, I do find it difficult sometimes. Sometimes I do feel left out by people around me, no one really wants anything to do with the Christian guy. Well, the Bible did let us know about all these things, it’s like I do forget sometimes for some reason. Keep praying for me. God is forever good as well, I just want to be as close to God as he wants me to be.

Enough about me now, back to the purpose of the blog. I know that I keep saying that I have seen a lot, but I have seen a lot. These people claim to be Christians but have nothing to prove it or nothing to offer, they just say they are Christians, for the sake of professing it. Weird enough, some people nowadays think it’s cool to be a Christian, they get some form of credibility from their friends from that. They turn up to Church with the best clothes, they engage more with church-related activities, they honour people around them in church, constantly working to be noticed and praised by people around them. They are sometimes the ones with the best talents. You probably didn’t catch this, all these things are for sure identified by people, but is it by God? You will probably argue yes. How can it be when God wasn’t at the start of their false salvation. From the beginning, these people never recognise God as the author of their salvation. I say “GOD”, not your generic god, the one your favourite Hollywood role model, who dresses like a harlot calls upon. They will rather base the author of their salvation on their experience, music, emotions, and feelings. You see them talking weird talks like, “I just know about what I experienced”. Am sorry, but the Christian salvation experience can only be one, which is an experience based on the fact that Jesus Christ has taken over our lives as our Lord and Personal Saviour, and not only that but we also begin to experience Good Christ-based changes in our lives.

Although these people claim to have had some type of experience, a truly born-again Christian will know that these experiences are not from God. Why? because these false converts begin to break their characters as time goes on, and when this happens, you will begin to find them doing exactly what they claim to have been freed from by Jesus Christ, without no conviction in regard to their actions. They believe they are saved enough to continue engaging in their perpetual sins. SAD!!!!!!

Romans 2:22-24: 22Thou that sayest a man should not commit adultery, dost thou commit adultery? thou that abhorrest idols, dost thou commit sacrilege? 23Thou that makest thy boast of the law, through breaking the law dishonourest thou God? 24For the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles through you, as it is written.

As sad as these things are, there are a lot of people, not Christians out there who are exactly what I have stated in this blog. The Holy Spirit convicts Christians, who recognise what they are doing wrong, sadden within themselves and repent to get back to God. I will admit this as well, I do need prayers as well. Continue to pray for me and continue to pray for such people to truly find God.

RUN for the goal of CHRIST

Philippians 3:1-16

1Finally, my brethren, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things to you, to me indeed is not grievous, but for you it is safe.

2Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the concision. 3For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh. 4Though I might also have confidence in the flesh. If any other man thinketh that he hath whereof he might trust in the flesh, I more: 5Circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, an Hebrew of the Hebrews; as touching the law, a Pharisee; 6Concerning zeal, persecuting the church; touching the righteousness which is in the law, blameless. 7But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ. 8Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ, 9And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: 10That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; 11If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead.12Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus. 13Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, 14I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. 15Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you. 16Nevertheless, whereto we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us mind the same thing.

Dear Doubtful Believer

Verse(s) of the day: Philippians 3:7-11 “7But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ. 8Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ, 9And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: 10That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; 11If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead.”

How are you doing? I pray you are doing well in Christ. Remind yourself always that you are on the winning side, which is the side of Christ. To set the record straight, there is nothing like a doubtful believer, you are either a doubter or a believer, and you can’t have it both ways. No sitting on the fence here. How can you believe and doubt at the same time? doubt on its own means that you don’t really believe or let me put it this way that you accept something, although there is no form of belief at all. As plain as this is, some actually hold this title of so-called “doubtful believers”, and embrace it more than you can actually imagine. They may claim to still be searching for the truth, while still embracing the title of Christians. You see, it doesn’t work that way.

How can you be in truth and still be looking for the truth? once again, it doesn’t work that way. Christ is the truth and Christians are followers of the truth. If you are trying to find any more truth other than that in Christ, you are going into the occult world, or into the eastern religions world. These groups of organisations basically believe that you can assess some high standard of knowledge from some other dimension out there. I know it’s weird, and don’t ask me why I know all this, you should probably watch THIRD ADAM 1,2,3, and 3X on youtube. I highly recommend this, you will definitely find some things that are thought challenging for you.

For real, not that I am making all these things up to create room for making blog content, but as confusing as this situation can be, many people believe in being doubtful believers.

See, let me get your attention for some moment, I say some moment, but you actually have been reading this blog up to this moment. You can’t claim to be a believer and still have the slightest bit of doubt, it doesn’t work that way, you are either a believer or a doubter, there is nothing like a doubtful Christian.

James 1:6 6But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.

Hebrews 11:6:  6But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

“You Can’t Win Against God”

Hello,

Verse(s) of the day: James 1:13-15:

13Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man: 14But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. 15Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.

Hope you are all doing well in Christ. Let me just go straight to the point. You can’t win against God, but you can win with God. With how things are going on in life, we can feel stranded as Christians. The weak ones among us have fallen back into what Jesus had saved us from, well the Bible said that they were not part of us. 1 JOHN 2:18-19 “18Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. 19They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us”

Yes, the thing I see the most is that when these people leave the faith, they decide to talk God down, and they begin to wage war against God, well we all know God wins no matter what. These people know all these, but they continue to wage lost war with the way they act and everything else. They begin to feel like some sort of authority over themselves, forgetting that God can end them in no time. Well, we shouldn’t be surprised at all, it is in our hearts as human beings, we hate authorities, talk less of God’s authority, we dislike anything to do with God from the beginning of our days. We always don’t want anything to do with God. The world supports our hearts as well, everything is against God and most people love it. We can never win against God no matter how many we are. They say there is strength in numbers, well God is more than any number. Let me end it this way, repent from your horrible ways, receive God into your heart, and no, not the generic mother health gods. Receive the God of the Bible “Jesus Christ”.

Thanks for reading and KEEP THE FAITH STRONG.

Born “Against” Christians

Verse of the day:

1 Timothy 2:5-6 “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and man Christ Jesus: Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time”.

We shouldn’t be surprised as Bible-believing Christians “not everyone who claims to be Christians nowadays is Christians” about all that is happening in the world. “Everything is against us”. But guess what? The Bible is always proven right.

Let’s put it this way, a lot of people in the world right now think the world is falling apart, but to Christians “everything is falling right in place”. Being a twenty-year-old that goes to a sole called Christian school filled with unbelievers. How can a Christian School have an LGTBQ committee? ‘it’s always the Catholics somehow” “well I love to see it this way, even the ones who claim to be Christians are more deadly than the unbelievers” feels like being alone out there, but God is more than alone.

The more I go through the Bible and discover how the Bible serves as a guide that displays how the puzzle “the world” will be laid out. For unbelievers, no one knows, but for we Christians, God knows all, and the Bible illustrates that. The more I find out these Bible verses about how the world will be or let’s say how the world is right now. I can only come down to, and I am 100% sure that other Bible Believing Christians will agree with me also that we are in the last days. “Last days” days to be excited about as Christians, we are waiting for our King “Jesus Christ” again.

Yes!!!! Not only that, we can all see everything right in our faces right now. To the unbelievers it’s always hidden, always claiming to be smart, but not enough though. Remember these Bible verses

1 Corinthians 1:25- 29

25Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men. 26For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called27But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; 28And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: 29That no flesh should glory in his presence.

In the last days, false prophets will arise, many false Christ will arise, many anti-christ will be around, people will depart from the faith, more and more and more. To sum the whole thing up, I can only direct you towards reading the Bible, and it’s by your devoting your time to reading and understanding it. ASK other Bible Beliving Christians about what you don’t understand.

These are some Bible Verses about the “Last days”

1 Timothy 4:1-3: 1Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; 2Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; 3Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.

Matthew 24: 3-14

3And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? 4And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. 5For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. 6And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. 8All these are the beginning of sorrows. 9Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake. 10And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. 11And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. 12And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. 13But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. 14And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

1 John 2: 18-19 18Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. 19They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.

2 Timothy 3:1-9 1This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. 6For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, 7Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. 8Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith. 9But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was.

2 Peter 3:3-7 3Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, 4And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. 5For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water: 6Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished: 7But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
