Galatian 6:9
And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap if we faint not.
Hello, how are you doing? Hope you are doing well in Christ? It’s been a while, but I am finally here. I have claimed to be busy, but there is nothing called busy in relation to God’s work. I have simply been lazy and have prioritized myself. I have put myself first. “What a sad feeling in life as a Christian. Christians put themselves first. What can we do with that? God saved me from myself, so why am I going back to myself. Let me be honest and not deceive myself and you, I have been putting myself first. For some reason that I know, I have not been faithful to God. This is affecting my soul. I am worn out. I don’t feel God’s peace like the one I felt when I was close to my faithful saviour. Why am I writing this blog?
The sole reason is me seeking out prayers from my fellow believers in Christ. Another reason is to urge you if you are a backsliding Christian, to please repent and get back to God. There is no worse feeling in life than being a Christian and still having a foot in the world. Repent and get back to God.
Thanks for reading and KEEP THE FAITH STRONG!!!!!!!!!!
Here are some bible verses about backsliding Christians
2 Peter 2:21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.
Hebrews 10: 26-29 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. He that despised Moses’ law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
James 4:17 Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.
2 Peter 2:20: For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.
Revelations 2:5: Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.
